From kindergarten to 8th grade, Grace has thrived at Queen of Angels Catholic school. We are so happy with the education she has received and are so incredibly proud of the beautiful young lady she has become. We are truly grateful for all the teachers, staff and families who have contributed to her formation these past 9 years. She is now ready to move on to high school!!
On Friday, May 16, 2025 Queen of Angels held the Lux Regina mass - at this final all school mass for the 8th graders, the light (candle) of leadership is passed from the 8th grade to the 7th grade class. This year was especially special for family since Grace's class was passing the light to Henry's class!

After mass the 8th graders sign each others' yearbooks and then the whole school lines up along a red carpet and claps them out of the school as they walk out for the very last time!!
Grace's friend Anna was in school with her from age 2 to 6th grade - she came to clap out Grace and the other 8th grade friends.
The kindergarten buddies like Annie are sad to see their big buddies go.
Afterwards, the whole class had a pool party at the Gonsalves' house.
These 11 kiddos have been together since preschool.
On Monday evening, May 19, 2025, the graduation mass and awards ceremony was held at St Peter Chanel. It was a beautiful mass where Grace was honored to bring up the offertory gifts. What a wonderful celebration of 9 great years of education!
Grace was awarded the above and beyond service hour award. She also had First honors (all A's) all year.
