On November 26, 2019 our baby girl, Juliana Rose, turned 9 years old in heaven. In some ways it seems like only yesterday that we were struggling day by day with our grief over losing her, yet in other ways it seems like a whole other life away. Regardless, she still remains in our minds and hearts all the time and is loved just as fully and completely as all our other children. We continue to pray to her for intercessions and see first hand how having a sweet one so close to Jesus, can help our family and others as well. And this year for the first time, we envision Dad up there with her, each savoring the joy of one another's company and looking down lovingly from heaven at those here on earth who miss each of them so much. Nicholas, Grace, Henry and Samuel do all talk about Juliana regularly and she comes up frequently in their writings at school as well. We hang her Christmas stocking every year and Santa fills it with another angel ornament in remembrance of her each year. While we still remain sad at losing her, we do feel so very blessed and honored to be her parents and are so thankful for our sweet little girl! We love Juliana - happy 9th birthday!!!!
