Dear Juliana,
On November 26th, you turned 8 years old in heaven. You've had 8 years of pure joy being in the company of Christ and all the saints, surrounded by an everlasting peace and happiness. What more could we ask for for you, our sweet daughter!? Every parent's goal is to have their child in heaven one day just as you are. However, in those 8 years, we've experienced sadness and grief at wishing you were here with us on earth much longer - wishing we could see your smiling face playing with your siblings, learning to read and ride a bike, giving you lots of hugs and snuggles. But also in those 8 years we've prayed to you and have seen the fruits of those prayers - your intercession for our family and others has been powerful and impactful. Also in those 8 years, we've been blessed to start to see the purpose of your short life in many ways and the beauty in how it unfolds. We know and are comforted in the knowledge of your greater purpose and this gives us peace. While we miss you tremendously, we are blessed with an inner joy and peace in knowing your life has just as much meaning and purpose as each one of us who live on this earth much longer. We are so thankful for the opportunity to be your parents and feel incredibly blessed to honored to call you our daughter, sweet baby, Juliana Rose....WE LOVE YOU!!!!
