A Visit with Great Grandpa and Grandma

In late May, Samuel and I flew home for a quick weekend to visit my grandparents.  This was the first time Samuel was to meet his great grandparents.  Grandpa was placed on home hospice a couple months ago so it was such a blessing to be able to fly home to spend some quality time with him and my grandmother while he is still doing well.  It's so rare that we find the time to just sit and visit with them, listen to old war stories, and simply enjoy one another's company.  I thoroughly enjoyed the visit and cherished every moment!  They are two very kind and loving souls whom I admire and am proud to call family.  What a wonderful weekend!!!
