Our little buddy is 19 months now! He's been busy climbing and talking a lot this month! He loves to climb on anything, even out of his crib already!!! The new words he learned this month are "Umm" (says when you ask him a question, then follows it with an answer in baby talk), "wow" (says when he is impressed or excited about anything), "hot", "up", "all none" (says this to tell us he is all Done with a meal), "cracker" (goes to the pantry and asks for this), "car", "teeth", "on" (says when he wants us to turn some sort of toy on for him), and "sure" (says this when you ask a question and the answer is yes). He also likes to hold his pointer finger up and say "one more" when he wants another serving of something, or he will hold his finger up and jabber in baby talk right before he leaves the room as if to tell us he will be right back. He likes to talk on play phones and usually says "Hi, umm, umm, bye!" After meals he now spontaneously comes up and hugs me and says thank you. He loves to push cars around on the floor or ride bikes outside while saying "beep beep." He has learned the following body parts: eyes, ears, nose, mouth, teeth, tongue, tummy, arms, hands, legs, feet, head and hair. He loves to be a helper to mommy and prefers to stay by my side through the day rather than play with his siblings or toys. He loves to help set the table, throw away trash and empty the dishwasher. He does like to imitate his brother and sister and gets upset if he can't do or have every single thing they do. He continues to be a big snuggler and loves to be held and rocked in the rocking chair. He is very attached to his paci and his blankie. His smile continues to light up our lives daily!
