As usual, Shawn and the kids spoiled me for my birthday.
Grace made the cake!
Samuel had a great basketball season.
As Religious Coordinator for the Scout Troop, Shawn organized the Scout Sunday - the scouts processed in at the 12:15 mass and then they held an awards ceremony with cake and drinks in McNamee Hall.
Congratulations to Samuel for earning his Parvuli Dei emblem.
Henry WON the middle school religion bee!!
Bridgette asked Nicholas to he BT Sadie Hawkins dance. They went with a group of friends, out to dinner at Vinny's on Winward, then had a great time at the dance, and then to Caleb's house for an after party. Shawn and I served as drivers (since they are all 16 but new licenses and cannot drive non family members yet). Nicholas had a great time - so great that after that dance, he and Bridgette decided to change their status from "friends" to "dating."
Nicholas got his braces off after 2.5 almost 3 years!!!
Henry represented Queen of Angels in the Archdiocese Middle School Religion Bee. While he didn't win, we know he will be back will have a great chance next year!!
Nicholas also went the chancery on the same day to compete with his BT at the Theology Bowl - and they won!!!!
