Henry's Week with Grandma and Grandpa

This year (July 2018),  was Henry's turn to spend a week at Grandma and Grandpa's house all by himself and he was sooo excited!!  He even made a list of 20 things he wanted to do while he was there....thanks to a super loving Grandpa and Grandma, he was able to do every single one,  plus many more fun items were added to the list and accomplished!!  He had a dream week fun of plenty of quality time with some of the people he loves most!  Here are a few of the highlights:

Grandma, Grandpa and the Gray family drove down to GA to pick Henry up and drive him to MO for the week.

Of course, the top of his list was fishing with Grandpa!! He was able to go a couple times during the week and caught a bass, a catfish and tons of bluegill!

On Tuesday, they treated him to a behind the scenes tour of Busch Stadium and lunch at Ballpark Village

 

That night, Asher slept over.

The next day they had a blast playing outside in the treehouse, riding the gator,  and.....

of course the slip and slide!!!

On Wednesday they visited the Botanical Garden - they enjoyed a picnic, 

And tons of other fun activities.

On Thursday, he sewed Cardinal pillow cases with Grandma,

Visited Connor and Matthew's new house

Visited and played cards with Great Grandma,

And helped in the garden.

On Friday, he and Grandpa built a birdhouse together

And they visited Joel's Safari - he even rode a camel!!

From Mule rides with Grandpa, to catching fireflies with Grandma, Henry's week could not have been any more special!!
