Father's Day

We all enjoyed celebrating Shawn, aka daddy/dada, on Father's Day this year.  We started the day with Mass, where Shawn won a Home Depot gift card for being the newest dad at that Mass.  Then we had brunch at a great local southern restaurant in our new town.  We visited Juliana's gravesite, and then we took the kids to the sprayground for some afternoon water fun.  (I am ashamed I didn't get any pictures of the day ) To top off the day, we gave Shawn a grill to use on his new deck.  I am so proud of the "Daddy" Shawn is to our children and today especially thank the Lord for him.  We are also thankful for our own fathers and grandfathers.  God bless all the dads today!
