With school, Cross Country, Scouts, and Baseball into full swing, was a FULL month!!
Grace was elected to Student Council as class representative.
We went to the Queen of Angels Braves game night where Grace sang the National Anthem with the school choir and we all enjoyed time with friends
Nicholas went to the Freshman dance at BT

Samuel started 9U rec fall baseball - which is kid pitch for the first time. He was the opening game starting pitcher, throwing 8 strike outs and won the game!Nicholas and Henry earned merit badges and Henry earned the next rank in Scouts

Nicholas ran it as a high schooler for the first time

Henry continues to be a junior K of C helper making meals for youth group
Our friend, Nick, who is 10 years old and goes to school with our kids, was diagnosed with Leukemia (ALL) in Aug and is undergoing chemo. Grace and Henry decided to raise money for childhood cancer in his honor doing the Swim Across America event - they both swam 1 mile in an open Lake Lanier early one Saturday morning (on Grace's birthday). We were so very proud of both of them!
They also swam in honor of Mitch, my cousin who has been battling colon cancer in his late 20's - early 30's.
