October was a busy month as always - lots of great things!!

Grace's Alpha Crush Girls 11-12 cross country team can't be beat - they won 1st place in just about every meet of the whole season!

And Grace is consistently in top 10 herself

Nicholas has really been excelling in cross country as well - top 10 in many meets!

He also has a great group of running buddies who challenge and build one another up!

Grace made an apple pie for us afterward!
