This year for Christmas, we hosted a couple families in our home for a Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone chipped in to make a great feast. We said a prayer together over the manger scene and then Henry placed baby Jesus in the crib for us. We all sang several rounds of Christmas carols together. On Christmas morning, the kids of course were up early and were excited to see and play with all Santa had brought (3 gifts each just like Jesus got 3 gifts). We went to Mass and had a quick brunch followed by gift opening and a fun day together as a family at home.
Thank you God for sending your Son to show us how to love. Glory, praise and honor to Him! May this Christmas season and the year ahead be full of love and blessings! Amen.

| We don't have dining room furniture yet, but folding tables decorated with linens, candles and our wedding china, helped make the meal feel special for Christmas. Having good friends to share it with truly made it special! |
