This month, Henry has become so expressive. His expressions seem to speak volumes about what he is thinking or feeling. The expression we love the most, of course, is his smile....and he smiles a lot.... melting our heart each time! He even seems to have a few different kinds of smiles. He has starting cooing a little bit. He is focusing well, especially on people, and will move his head and/or eyes to follow you.
He continues to be a very easy baby to care for, eating well, sleeping well, and remaining content most of the time. He now weighs 12 lbs 4 oz, is 22.5 inches in length and wears 3 month clothes. He nurses every 3 hrs during the day and at night usually goes about 4-5 hours. He does not like to sleep flat on his back but prefers to sleep propped up on a boppy pillow or on his tummy. Unlike our other children, he has never liked to be swaddled but likes to have his arms out to move around instead. He likes his tummy time pretty well and lifts his head frequently to move side to side. While lying on his back, he has started batting at toys hanging above him and really looks at and studies them closely. He continues to be such a thinker! Henry, we think you are fabulous and we love you!
