This month our sweet girl seems to be on the verge of her "word explosion." It has been so exciting to hear her say new words nearly every day. A few of her newest include: eat, more, milk, open, back, sick (unfortunately learned when she had a stomach illness), bike, nana (for banana), Amen, pasta, and the phrase "I snack," which is her favorite thing to say!
She enjoys playing "chase" with Nicholas and continues to be his little shadow, doing whatever he does. She likes to push cars and trucks, and play at the train table saying "choo-choo" over and over. She also really likes to play with her dolls, fill her purse and carry it around the house, ride her red car outside, and build with blocks. She LOVES books. Some of her favorites right now are "Goodnight Moon" (she brings it to me saying "moon" all the time), "Flip, Flap, Fly" and "Brown Bear." She also really enjoys puzzles and can now do all the chunky wooden ones we have all by herself.
She is REALLY interested in her baby brother. She just loves to go up to him and talk to him or tickle his toes. She asks to hold him often and very frequently gives him hugs and kisses. Any time he fusses even the slightest bit, she runs to him, gives him a paci and a blanket and tries to hug him. We just love how naturally nurturing and lovable she has been! We love you Gracie Grace!
She's been reclining her feet on her dashboard like this..really enjoying the rides we give her I guess!
Just flipping through a book
Playing dress up with big brother...yes, that is our son in the princess dress!
