Each year the varsity level BT cross country boys take a summer trip to Colorado to "train." It's not officially organized by the school but its become a tradition for a few dads to take the boys. They flew into Denver and drove to Boulder for the day where they got their first run in. Then they checked into their huge house in Breckenridge for the week. Each day they ran in new places and enjoyed the mountain scenery and air. They also had down time at the gym, fishing, and hot tub. It was a great opportunity for the boys to bond as a team and get some altitude training in at the same time. Nicholas had a great time!
