Over the MLK weekend we took a quick trip to Missouri for my cousin Mitch's Wedding. He and Kaitlin are the perfect couple, who have already been through so much together so far. He's battled colon cancer these last few years and she's been by his side every moment. Thankfully he is now in remission and they are looking forward to a long and happy life together. We were thrilled to make it for the celebration of their wedding mass at St Paul Catholic Church and then the lovely reception in St Charles. My grandmother had been looking forward to this day for a long time and wasn't shy about celebrating her joy on the dance floor! It was a joyful and fun day of celebrating!
