Nicholas Graduates 8th Grade

On May 22, 2023 Nicholas graduated from Queen of Angels Catholic School, where he has been a student since kindergarten.  It's been a wonderful 9 years!  We could have not asked for more from a school for you.  We are so proud of you Nicholas and are very excited to see the adventures you are onto in high school!  You are well prepared and ready!  Congratulations!

Friends Caroline and Julianne with Mrs Sullivan - one their favorite parapros (2nd grade)

Nicholas was one of the lectors for the mass

Not only did he receive his 8th grade diploma, but was also recognized for several other awards and achievements including First Honors, High Academic Excellence Award, Scott Sparks Distinguished Alter Server, Double or More Service Hour award, and the Outstanding Christian Response Award.

Nicholas was awarded the Outstanding Christian Response Award - voted on by his peers - it goes to 1 person who most exemplifies Christ to others.  We are more proud of him for this award, than any A in any class,  or any other award!!!

Mr Mueller - one of his favorite teachers - middle school Literature / ELA
Julianne and Nicholas are the Distinguished alter servers - how special that the award is in honor of Deacon Scott Sparks - who trained both of them as 3rd graders - and who has since passed away from cancer - he was a special gift to these kids and our church and school.

These 2 handsome guys were hanging around too :-)

Grace, Henry and Natalie were the mass alter servers

Fr Paul Porter has been an absolute huge blessing to our school and these boys!

Good friends ...off to high school together!

So special that Grandma could be present for graduation and all the special moments throughout that weekend!  It meant A LOT to Nicholas and all of us!!

Congratulations Queen of Angels Class of 2023
