Merry Christmas 2018

Our Advent and Christmas seasons this year were full of love, preparation, and celebration...here are some highlights...

The kids put up their tree in the basement playroom and celebrated with hot cocoa and cookies once complete.
Put up Grandma's village again this year....a labor of love!
Grace and I had our annual trip to see the Nutcracker
I helped with Henry's school Christmas party
This year's Christmas PJ's even came with a Rudolph nose!

Christmas piano concert - Nicholas played Up on the Housetop and Grace played Deck the Halls
Shawn and the kids performed service work by cleaning up an elderly lady's yard...Henry was very excited to use the backpack blower of course!

We went Christmas caroling with our Regnum Christi friends and priests


Ending with prayer for those we sang to
Breakfast with Santa at church 

A last minute decision this year, we traveled to Missouri to be with family for Christmas.

The kids all made handmade kids from the heart for each other and us

We had Grandma over for Christmas dinner

We were able to there for the big Eisenbath Christmas party at Aunt Diane's...about 100 of my aunts , uncles and cousins and even an appearance by the big man !!

We also had an immediate family get together at Mom's house

Mom gave Henry a tool kit, in memory of Dad and how much Henry is like him
One of the 3 things Samuel asked for this year was a tape measure...and it was ahit!

On the way home, we stopped in Illinois at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows

Back at home, over the Christmas season, the celebration continued with the Little Flower Girls Club party - here is Grace and some friends making blankets for St Vincent De Paul.
And we had to get in our annual cookie baking day...
