(Well, sorry I have been away from the blog for so long. Our computer crashed and we were without for a couple months. Now we have a new one and we've switched from PC to Mac so I have a bit of a learning curve. So bear with me, we've been busy living and enjoying life and I have lots of pictures and updates to add....time to play catch up!)
We celebrated Henry's first birthday The Hungry Little Caterpillar style. It worked out great that we were visiting family in Missouri around that time so we were able to have the party at Grandma and Grandpa's house and celebrate with beloved family. Great Grandma and Grandpa Burkemper, Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle Andy and Aunt Kelsey, Aunt Mindy and Uncle Cody, the Runge family, the Williams family, and of course Mommy, Daddy, Nicholas and Grace were all in attendance. Our little social butterfly/caterpillar loved being the center of attention and especially loved eating the cake! I made a caterpillar cupcake cake for him. He ate every last morsel and his fingers were green for days! As usual, he was full of smiles. Happy birthday sweetheart!
